Seeking New Members

Liquid Passion and Biblo Eros are seeking new members for various skills.

Have you been working hard on your Japanese or Chinese skills, and are you interested in trying your hand at translating? You don't have to be an expert. Our translators provide their own support community to help new members gain experience. We are also looking for mid-level Japanese translators who can help with translating names and sound effects for projects translated from Chinese to English. To find out more, click here.

We're happy to announce that we've made the navigation changes to our project page we'd mentioned. Now you'll see links to completed projects, current projects, projects consisting of a volume or more, projects that are oneshots, doujinshi or serialized in magazines, and licensed projects. We'd also like to note that while in the past we've never had a "Future Project" list, there's been a substantial enough overlap on some of our projects in the past six months which has caused upset that we've decided to finally give in and list what we're looking at working on for you. So we'll be posting that up this weekend at some point. If you see it on the Future Projects list, it means we've bought the volume, doujinshi or magazines and are working on filling the team slots to get it started.

Chika*Chika - A Junjyou Romantica Book by Nakamura Shungiku, the last chapter of Damasaretemo Sukina Hito by Umezawa Hana, the first chapter of Love Letter of Flowers by Mishima Kazuhiko and the second chapter of Goshujinsama ni Ki wo Tsukete by Tsuge Amayo. Kyuuketsuki (Vampire) no Shouzou has been licensed, so we'll be discontinuing it, of course. Please cease all distribution of our scanlations of this project in accordance with our sharing policies.

We're happy to be able to let you know that one of our favorite projects, Please Sakura & Ryouichi by Miyamoto Kano, which was licensed late last year, is now available for purchase from Deux. Please, all of you fans, support the artist and purchase a copy of it, so that they'll continue to license her work and share it with other English-language fans. As always, we highly encourage you to purchase copies of all of her works in Japanese as well.

In addition, we picked up a copy of Selfish Mr. Mermaid (Wagamamana Ningyosama), which we'd been in the process of scanlating when it was licensed, now that it's been released for purchase in English. June did a wonderful job on this publication, and we can't encourage you enough to pick up a copy of it for yourself. You can find more information here. We're pretty picky about our purchases, but we can't rave enough about this volume. Go buy it. Now.
